PRODUCTION:
Amaro Bruno is born from the combination of two late 19th century recipes: one with strong digestive
properties and the other more delicate, almost angelic. Around 30 botanicals are carefully selected and left
to infuse in alcohol for a precise amount of time in order to extract the essence of each herb.
The two recipes are infused separately and only after ageing a little they are mixed together to create the
Amaro Bruno.
PROPERTIES:
Amaro Bruno has a naturally bright amber color. The nose is intriguing and pleasant with some floral notes.
The taste is slightly bitter and refreshing, with a pleasant long aftertaste.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
