GRAPE VARIETY: Teroldego
GRAPE CULTIVATION AREA: Adige Valley - Trento Province, Italy
PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Teroldego grape variety finds its ideal environment in the Piana Rotaliana, a small area in the heart of
Trentino. Once the marc arrives fermented and softly pressed in the distillery, it is stored for some time
before being processed.
The distillation is very careful: only a small quantity at a time in order to extract all the aromas of this variety.
Before being bottled, the Teroldego Grappa ages for at least one year in steel tanks.
PROPERTIES:
Teroldego Grappa is intense and robust with notes of red fruits, especially blackberry. It has slightly
herbaceous nuances that evolve into notes of ripe fruit. The taste is harmonious and varied with a long
persistence.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
